Rapper Plies is #1 on Hip-Hop & Politics (Hiptics.com)

This summer I posted “People Think I’m Crazy for Bumpin Plies” [READ] which has somehow become the most visited article in Hiptics.com’s short history. It shouldn’t come as much of a surprise that Plies gets buzz on Hiptics. After all, the Ft. Meyers native is known to wear hats with my local 239 area code (see “Got Em Hatin” video). But seriously Plies is without a doubt one strongest political forces within the watered down Rap Industry. Get passed the mediocre lyricism and seemingly ignorant-talk and you will find that Plies delivers a cohesive social/political message with every full album.

    How is this person #1 politico-hip hopper?!!??!…What if i DON’T want to have to “Get passed the mediocre lyricism and seemingly ignorant-talk”…When there is already groups like The Coup ect out there,that can get right to the point,and don’t even need to allude to makin’ no doo-doo rapz like plies takes $$$ for…what a joke…
