Congress Loves Twitter

It looks like rappers and politicians have something else in common: Twitter.
I registered for a Twitter account last summer, but was real skeptical as to whether or not it would take off. Well, Twitter blew up! Take a look at this graph that shows how the site has been growing like a chia pet.
So about the United States Congress: I found a really cool article by TIME Magazine that details how the service is being used by House Representatives.
At least four GOP Representatives, for instance, Twittered in real time President Obama’s meeting two weeks ago with their conference on Capitol Hill to discuss the stimulus plan, raising questions about the levels of privacy members can now expect from closed-door meetings. A sampling from Representative Michael Burgess, a Texas Republican:
