I’ve been sleeping on Copywrite and that will stop starting today. Here’s the story:

Asher Roth threw some subliminal shots at Copywrite, an underground OG from Columbus, Ohio, with a song called “Silly Boy” [listen]. The likely reason Asher recorded “Silly Boy” is because Copywrite was very vocal about Asher Roth biting Eminem’s voice/style.

The fact that Asher Roth felt confident enough to diss Copy was a poor move because Copywrite absolutely murdered hip hop’s college mascot with “Cremation.” The track dropped in March, but today marks the release of the music video. My favorite quotables are below:
