    Hurricane Chris Performs “Halle Berry” For The Government

    I love watching awkward moments.

    Earlier today (Thursday) the preceding video of Louisiana entertainer, Hurricane Chris hit the net. Apparently his home state’s House of Representatives had nothing better to discuss that they decided to not only honor the silly ass rapper but allow him to put on a monkey suit and perform the song “Halle Berry.”
