The headline got your attention, right? Well read these couple of paragraphs and it’ll make more sense.

Do you believe late-term fetuses are entitled to any protections in the Untied States of America? That was the question Bill O’Reilly asked Joan Walsh, Editor of Salon in the above video. Now the clip I’ve included with this post is borderline hilarious because of the passion O’Reilly and Walsh have for the issue; who doesn’t like watching two people with polar opposite views duking it out on Live TV? Now personally, I think Walsh hurt her cause when she said murdered late-term abortionist, Dr. Tiller, is one of her heroes. Seriously? She goes on to accuse O’Reilly of inciting murder and other acts of violence with with his coverage of liberals on his #1 show. Olbermann’s done the same thing, but he lives to hate-on O’Reilly. If O’Reilly, who’s had Cam’ron on his program (what’s cooler than that?), spoke with the same vernacular as Killa Cam, he would simply respond to Olbermann: YOU MAAAD!

Now I disagree with Walsh’s argument because I love hip hop. How many times have you heard that so-and-so’s hip hop music is responsible for violence or that gangsta rap is causing violence in America? Well I think, and have always thought that such accusations are a load of crap and will defend the art-form until I’m blue in the face. So there’s no way I’m going to co-sign some sort of belief that Bill O’Reilly, who has an audience of millions, is to be blamed for murder or any sort of violent act. That’s like saying Eminem, with his audience of millions, is responsible for hate crimes. Or that Snoop Dogg, with his audience of millions, is responsible for a rise of prostitution across the United States. Or Asher Roth is responsible for an increase of drug use on college campuses. You get the idea.

So with that being said, if you love hip hop and hate when folks try to blame your favorite genre music for societal problems, then you should disagree with the accusations made by Salon.com’s Editor in the above video. And if you disagree, good. Sometimes I just say things to to make you think. Not everyone gets that, though, only the smart people. Here’s an appropriate song to close things out with:
