Thanks to everyone who’s been sending feedback on Hiptics.com’s Top 10 Hip Hop Mixtapes of 2009 post. As mentioned in that post, there was so much great mixtape material that came out in 2009 that it’s almost impossible to comprise a Top 10 list. We still did, though. However, we want to shine light on some of the other “best” mixtapes of last year. This list is in no order, but rather just a guide to some more great hip hop music. Hope y’all enjoy!

Donnis is a fresh voice from Atlanta that somehow ended up getting J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League to contribute original instrumentals to his project. The sound is hit or miss, but when Donnis is on, he’s very promising.

Good list for the most part, but what about B.O.B.’s mixtape “B.O.B. vs Bobby Ray”? Lyrically and musically one of the most fire shit to ever grace my ears, his music puts kid cudi to shame
